As a rule we NEVER sub contract when working on injection moulds because of our company ethos. However we do appreciate most customer requirements break down into these following stages.
1) Producing the mould including all design work and after sales support.
2) Using the new mould for production of the component parts (injection moulding)
3) Finishing of component parts. (Lettering, painting, graphics, sub assembly) etc.
4) Sub assembly. Or fitting together of other component parts into a product.
5) Packaging (also known as "kiting") and presentation of your final product.
6) Outer packaging of product into boxes and onto pallets.
7) Distribution and order fulfillment.
Your project could fall into any one, all or some of the categories above. We are able to help because we have extensive knowledge of reliable companies who can put together a total solution for you.
Often there is a labour element in putting components together. Sometimes refereed to as kiting.
